No Guarantee of Results: While we aim to meet your goals, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as website traffic or app downloads.
Disclaimer of Warranties: All services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.
SECTION 7 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, affordneed and its affiliates shall not be liable for:
